Basic Terms

1. The Competition is organised by the Cards Inc. Group of 31 Greenhill Crescent, Watford Business Park, Watford, WD18 8YB, UK.

2. The Cards Inc. Group reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition, the Competition Notice, the prizes or these Rules at any time without prior notice.

3. In the event of any dispute regarding the Competition, the decision of the Cards Inc. Group shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Qualifying Entrants

4. To qualify to enter the Competition you must supply an name, address, postcode and email address. Entrants not supplying full details will be refused automatically.

5. Employees of the Cards Inc. Group or any company involved with the Cards Inc. Group in a business relationship are not eligible to enter the Competition. The Cards Inc. Group reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

6. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.  

7. The Cards Inc. Group reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

Competition Entries

8. Only one entry per person per Competition is allowed.

Prizes

9. The Prize winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries within 28 days of the closing date specified in the Competition Notice.

10. Prize winners will be notified by email and official posting on the Cards Inc. Group website. www.cardsinc.com

11. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Cards Inc. Group reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

Liability

12. The Cards Inc. Group cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered on delivery of the prize. If there is an complaint involving the delivery of the prize, e.g. damaged goods on arrival, the Cards Inc. Group will look into the matter and decide on whether to replace the prize with the same item or an equivalent item. No more than one replacement will be permitted for any one competition. This is purely to stop fraudulent behaviour.

Data Protection and Publicity

13. Contestants have the opportunity to disallow the Cards Inc. Group from sending them information on future competitions and products on entering the competition. Simply tick the box titled ‘Please tick this box if you do not wish to receive any further promotion’

14. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
